1. Shipping Costs
All orders are shipped free of charge.

2. Estimated delivery times based on customer location

All destinations: 2-6 business days for US customers
If some products are out of stock, we will ship from overseas, which generally takes 15 days to deliver
Standard shipping time is: 15 business days

3. Where does Greenmount deliver?

US: We ship orders to all US states (and Washington DC) Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

UK: We ship orders to all areas of the UK Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Australia: We ship orders to all areas of Australia Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

4. How do I track my order?

Our delivery times start from the moment an order is accepted and include a 24-hour period, and your items will be processed and shipped on business days. Please note: it may take longer during promotional periods.

Once your order has been packaged, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with shipping information and a link to track your order online. Please note that it may take a few days for tracking information to be available.

5. What if delivery is delayed/my package is lost
Our packages are shipped by logistics companies, and the logistics status can be tracked in real time, but if the delay/loss is due to force majeure, we are also deeply sorry, we can do the following:

A. Keep in touch with our service
The last thing we want to see is that your package is delayed. Make sure we know the status of the package. We will keep in touch with you at all times to let you know the status of the package. And explain the situation to you.

B. Track your goods in real time
When you notice a delay at any time during the shipping process, you can take some action: send a replacement package in a faster way. Or, if there is a delay and you are anxious to receive the package, you can contact us and we may resend the package using other shipping methods depending on the situation.

6. About canceling the order
You can cancel the order, and we accept the cancellation of the order before the product is processed. If the order is cancelled by then, you will receive a full refund. But if the product has been shipped, we regret that we cannot cancel the order. Thank you for your understanding!
Note: You will be notified by email after the order is issued. Therefore, the order cannot be cancelled after the goods are shipped. If you insist that you do not want your package, you can contact us to return it after receiving it. Thank you for your understanding!
